Hammond Home Health respects user privacy and protects health information.
Information We Collect:
Health data (heart rate, steps, blood glucose, blood pressure, activity metrics)
Device information (device type, operating system, crash logs)
Account information (name and email, if an account is used)
HealthKit Data Use:
HealthKit data is accessed only with user permission and is used solely for health monitoring features. HealthKit data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.
How We Use Information:
Display health metrics in the app
Enable remote monitoring features
Improve application performance
Provide technical support
Data Sharing:
Information may only be shared with user consent, with authorized caregivers or healthcare providers, or when required by law.
Data Security:
We use encryption, authentication controls, and secure infrastructure to protect user data.
Data Retention and Deletion:
Hammond Home Health retains health-related data for six years, or longer when required by law or contract. When a user requests account deletion, we delete the account and associated data unless retention is legally required.
Retained data is securely deleted or permanently de-identified when the required retention period ends.
Users can request deletion within the app or by emailing info@hammondhomehealth.com.
User Rights:
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data. Users may also revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through iOS Settings.
