HealthKit Data Use:
HealthKit data is accessed only with user permission and is used solely for health monitoring features. HealthKit data is not used for advertising and is not sold to third parties.

How We Use Information:

  • Display health metrics in the app
  • Enable remote monitoring features
  • Improve application performance
  • Provide technical support

 

Data Sharing:
Information may only be shared with user consent, authorized caregivers or healthcare providers, or when required by law.

Data Security:
We use encryption, authentication controls, and secure infrastructure to protect user data.

User Rights:
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their data and may revoke HealthKit
permissions in iOS settings.

With a deep commitment to excellence, Chelsea ensures that all Personal Attendant Services (PAS) on-boarding processes are seamless and that care is delivered at the highest standard. Her leadership and dedication set the tone for the exceptional service we provide.

Outside of work, Chelsea has a big heart for animals, fostering dogs in need of loving homes. She also treasures quality time with her husband and daughter, making every moment count. Chelsea truly embodies the values of compassion, dedication, and service that drive our organization forward.

an HR Manager with extensive experience in patient care, Amy specializes in supporting Medicaid patients and Private Pay patients through compassionate and personalized services. She ensures our team delivers top-notch care that enhances the lives of our patients every day. She is deeply passionate about creating a workplace culture that fosters growth, empathy, and exceptional service delivery. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family, helps other and can be seen almost every day at 7-11 to indulge in her favorite treat- Coke Slurpees!

Her heart for helping others is evident in her role as a Community Case Manager. Ana’s approach is hands-on—she enjoys meeting new people and discovering how she can be a blessing in their lives. Her dedication to serving the community reflects her deep commitment to making a positive impact on those around her.

Scott Hammond is a proud United States Coast Guard Veteran, having served with honor and dedication. Scott then became an Emergency Room Nurse, and has done so for almost 25 years. He has been happily married for over 22 years and is a loving father to four children. Scott has been a resident of Frisco, Texas, for 21 years, where he has built a strong connection with his community.

Outside of his professional and family life, Scott enjoys spending his free time fishing and exploring his love for cooking in the kitchen. He values family time above all, cherishing moments spent with his loved ones.
