HealthKit Usage Disclosure

Hammond Home Health integrates with Apple HealthKit to allow users to view and monitor personal health and wellness metrics within the application.

The application may access health data categories such as:

  1. Heart Rate
  2. Step Count
  3. Blood Glucose
  4. Resting Heart Rate
  5. Heart Rate Variability
  6. Walking Heart Rate Average
  7. Blood Pressure (Systolic)
  8. Blood Pressure (Diastolic)
  9. Oxygen Saturation (SpO2)
  10. Respiratory Rate
  11. Active Energy Burned
  12. Walking + Running
  13. Distance
  14. Flights Climbed

 

HealthKit data is used solely to display health information to the user and optionally allow the user to share data with authorized caregivers or healthcare providers.

Hammond Home Health does NOT:

  • sell HealthKit data
  • use HealthKit data for
  • advertising
  • share HealthKit data with third‑party advertisers

 

Users maintain full control over HealthKit permissions and may revoke access at any time through iOS Health settings.

Disclaimer

Hammond Home Health is a wellness and remote health monitoring application designed to help individuals and caregivers monitor key health indicators.

The app integrates with Apple HealthKit with explicit user permission to read certain health data categories including heart rate, steps, blood glucose, and blood pressure.

HealthKit data is used only to display information within the app and optionally share data with caregivers or healthcare providers when the user authorizes sharing.

The application does not sell HealthKit data, does not use HealthKit data for advertising, and does not share HealthKit data with data brokers or marketing platforms.

The application is not a medical device and includes appropriate disclaimers stating it should not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment.

He has been happily married for over 22 years and is a loving father to four children. Scott has been a resident of Frisco, Texas, for 21 years, where he has built a strong connection with his community.

Outside of his professional and family life, Scott enjoys spending his free time fishing and exploring his love for cooking in the kitchen. He values family time above all, cherishing moments spent with his loved ones.
