Weekly Pay: Supporting Our Caregivers Every Week
We’re thrilled to now offer weekly pay for our attendants, one of our most requested updates. We understand how important financial flexibility can be, especially for those who dedicate their days to caring for others. Weekly pay allows our caregivers to manage their budgets more easily, handle unexpected expenses, and enjoy greater financial peace of mind. This change was made with your needs in mind, and it’s one of the many ways we’re showing appreciation for the dedication and heart that our attendants bring to Hammond Home Health every day.
New AFLAC Benefits: Extra Protection for You and Your Family
In case you missed our last post, “Supporting our Caregivers, Stregthening Our Mission,” Hammond Home Health has partnered with AFLAC to bring new voluntary insurance benefits to our attendants. This partnership allows caregivers to access supplemental coverage designed to provide an added layer of protection for themselves and their families. These plans can help cover costs related to unexpected medical events, accidents, or emergencies. Giving our team more confidence and security in their everyday lives.
Our caregivers work hard to keep our members safe, and it’s equally important that we do the same for them. We’re proud to offer resources that help our staff feel supported in both their professional and personal well-being. For our members, we’re always here to explain service options, benefits, and care coordination. Because caring for people holistically means supporting everyone involved in the process.

Recently, our team joined the Hickory Tree Baptist Church Health Fair. These events help us connect with compassionate individuals who want to make a difference. They help strengthen our mission by ensuring we have a team that truly cares.
Our “Moments with Hammond” events have also continued to bring smiles and joy to local senior communities through creative activities, crafts, and social engagement. These moments remind us that care goes beyond medical support — it’s also about connection, companionship, and laughter.
